The event starts from Beedles Lake Golf Course at Ratcliffe on the Wreake, north of Leicester. After breakfast rolls and tea or coffee have been served, the event will set out for a tour around Charnwood Forest before taking a refreshment stop at Cropston Pumping station.
Then returning to the Wreake Valley, cars will then journey into the Melton district before moving east to visit the High Leicestershire region, stopping for a picnic lunch halt at Launde Abbey on the Leicestershire/Rutland border.
The afternoon section travels through Rutland to pass under the magnificent Welland valley viaduct at Harringworth, with its 82 arches over the 1.25 km length.
The tour then returns westwards to finish at Leicester Airport, near Stoughton, close to Leicester where tea and cakes will be served.
